Here is what each building block costs, before any conversation. These are the same amounts as in the configurator: they do not change depending on who is asking.
| What you take | Setup | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| A website | €2,500 | €100 |
| A redesign that keeps what works | €2,500 | €100 |
| The starting audit, search or advertising | €500 | — |
| Organic search, S.E.O. | €900 | €300 |
| Visibility inside AI answers, G.E.O. | €600 | €300 |
| Paid search on Google, S.E.A. | €500 | €300 |
| ChatGPT Ads | €500 | €300 |
| Social media, setting up | €600 | — |
| Social media, publishing | — | €300, €500 or €900 depending on rhythm |
Three things that matter. The media budget is never included: it goes straight to Google or OpenAI, and starts at €300 per month. ChatGPT Ads can be prepared, not yet switched on: as of 23 August 2026, Belgium is not among the countries where OpenAI’s Ads Manager is open self-serve. And these lines are the cores: the add-ons on top — a monthly article, AI monitoring, extra channels — are priced one by one in the configurator.
You request three quotes for a website and you receive three completely different amounts. This is normal, and here's why: not every provider includes the same things. One delivers you a ready-made template with your logo stuck on it, the other creates a unique site for you. One includes the work for Google to find you, the other charges you for it on top of that. One takes care of hosting (the space on the internet that makes your site accessible), the other leaves you to fend for yourself.
Before comparing prices, you need to compare what is included. A “cheaper” quote may end up costing more if you have to pay for essential extras later.
The single page
A focused page can be suitable for a simple offer, launch or campaign. The cost depends above all on the message, design, content and necessary connections.
The showcase site
It presents the activity, services, evidence and contact. The number of page templates, languages, writing and resuming of content weigh more than the simple number of URLs.
The online store
Catalogue, payment, delivery, stock, taxation, returns and maintenance significantly change the scope. A credible price therefore requires specifications, not a range copied from a comparator.
Compare a quote usefully
| Element | To be checked |
|---|---|
| Content | Who writes, translates, photographs and validates? |
| Technical | Performance, accessibility, security, forms and connections included. |
| After posting online | Maintenance, hosting, backups, support and ownership of access. |
This is one of the choices that most influences your budget.
The freelance (independent)
- Benefits: more accessible budget, you speak directly to the person doing the work, flexibility, responsiveness
- Disadvantages: not always available, skills sometimes limited to one area, what happens if he stops his activity?
The web agency
- Benefits: a team with varied skills (design, development, Google visibility, writing), solid structure, well-established processes
- Disadvantages: higher budget (you have to pay the whole team and offices), you don't always talk to the person working on your project, less flexibility
The consultant (the third way)
A consultant like Hebora combines the direct contact of a freelancer with a global vision of your activity. You have one person following you, who understands your business, not just your website. The relationship between the quality of support and the budget is often better because there are no significant structural costs.
The number of pages and amount of content
A 5-page site with simple content logically costs less than a 20-page site with detailed descriptions, videos and content in multiple languages. Each additional page represents layout, construction and editing work.
The features you want
Each added feature requires more work and increases the budget:
- Online reservation system
- Online store (catalog + payment)
- Site in several languages (FR/NL/EN)
- Area reserved for members with login
- Connection with other tools you use (management software, accounting, etc.)
Custom site or ready-made model?
A ready-made template (a “template”) can be quickly personalized with your colours and logo. A site created entirely for you, with a unique design designed for your business, requires a lot more work but gives you a visual identity that truly belongs to you. The difference in budget is significant.
Google visibility: included or extra?
Be careful, this is a crucial point. Many service providers deliver a “pretty” site that no one can find on Google. The basic work on Google visibility (good site organization, speed, adaptation to the phone) should always be included. The more in-depth work (researching the words that your customers type on Google, creating targeted content, working on links from other sites to yours) is additional work that is done over time.
Request a separate line for domain name, hosting, licensing, maintenance, backups, support, ongoing editorial and SEO monitoring. Their amount depends on traffic, tools and level of service.
The true cost is compared over the duration of the contract: who owns the accounts, what happens if you leave, and what interventions are included?
A very low price without detailed scope should trigger questions. Here is what this type of offer hides in almost all cases:
- Models resold as is. A generic model may be suitable, but the quote must state this clearly and specify the actual adaptation work. No customization, no identity work.
- Hidden fees from the following month. Mandatory hosting with the provider at an inflated price, domain name locked (you cannot leave without paying), updates charged extra.
- No visibility work. No Google work, no semantic structure, no speed optimized. Your site exists but no one can find it.
- Abandonment after delivery. No support, no maintenance, no response when something breaks.
The real price of a site that is too cheap is the site that you will have to redo six months later. A good site doesn't have to be expensive, but a free site always costs more than expected.
At Hebora, each project is unique. No ready-made Bronze/Silver/Gold formulas. Each quote is detailed line by line: you know exactly what you are paying and why.
What is always included with us:
- A design created for you (no generic model)
- Google visibility foundation work, built in from the start
- We teach you how to modify your content yourself
- A fast and secure site (no fragile extensions that can be hacked)
- A single contact from start to finish
There method and experience Hebora explain who frames these recommendations and how the scope is decided.
To obtain a quote that fits the reality of your project, prepare these few elements:
- Your main goal (receive more calls? sell online? give a more professional image?)
- Approximate number of pages
- What is really essential and what would be a “bonus”
- Examples of sites you like (to give an idea of style)
- Your approximate budget (saying this helps the service provider offer you the best solution in your context)
