Website pricing in Flanders

How much does a website cost in Flanders?

The published price is the same everywhere: 2 500 € setup, then 100 € per month. The Flemish difference is not a discount, it is a door that has just closed. Better to know before you build a budget on it.

What the official sources say

Since 1 February 2026, the Flemish SME e-wallet only supports cybersecurity advice: 45 % for a small business, 35 % for a medium one, capped at 7 500 € per year. All other digitalisation advice falls outside the scheme.

A website is no longer fundable in Flanders through that route. If a provider still promises you SME e-wallet coverage for building a site, they are working from a rule that has been repealed.

Flanders falls within the Dutch language region.

Content is written in Dutch, not translated from French. A word-for-word translation is visible to readers, and it costs conversions rather than earning them.

What Flanders changes

  • No more funding for a website since 1 February 2026, except for cybersecurity.
  • Content is written in Dutch from the start, not translated.
  • Training does remain supported, at 30 % for a small business.

What it does not change

The technical baseline and its price. A subsidy ending does not make the work more expensive, it only makes the invoice fully visible.
