Strategic positioning

Definition of ETANO's unique positioning on the Belgian market: real estate coordinator, not just an entrepreneur. Clear and differentiating message. The framing retained three concrete frictions to address: lack of visibility on progress, budget drift and difficulty reaching contractors. The site addresses these 3 points directly.

Premium design

Creating a design that reflects professionalism and reliability. Sober palette, elegant typography, highlighting the projects carried out. The dark blue and white colours inspire confidence and seriousness, essential in a sector where the amounts involved are significant.

Photos of completed projects are presented in a before/after gallery that visually proves the value of the service.

The path to the quote

A short journey: from discovering services to requesting a quote in 3 clicks. Forms that sort requests before your call. The quote request form only asks for 4 pieces of information: type of project, surface area, estimated budget and municipality.
