Davinci Fighting is an MMA and mixed martial arts gym in Brussels. The challenge: create a site that captures the energy of combat sport while offering a fluid and accessible class booking system.

The problem

The club could intimidate beginners

A person interested in MMA didn't always know which class to choose, at what level to start or who would welcome them.

The requests came when the club was closed

In the evening, the timetables and available places were not easy enough to consult from a telephone.

Solution built for Davinci Fighting: the new digital workflow in use.

The room really confirms the place

The visitor offers their slot online, receives an acknowledgment, then the team takes the request again to confirm the registration.

Combat identity

Creation of a strong and dynamic visual identity. Dark colours, impactful typography, action photos. The site should make you want to get into the ring.

Deep black, blood-red accents and bold typography create an atmosphere that speaks directly to practitioners. Action photos captured during real workouts add an authenticity that stock photos can't replicate.

Reservation system

Development of an online booking system with interactive planning, place management and automatic confirmations by email. The system sends automatic reminders 2 hours before each class and manages a waiting list for full sessions.

Late cancellations are counted to optimize the actual occupancy rate.

Mobile experience

The booking journey was designed mobile-first. Reservation interface optimized for touchscreen, large buttons, journey in 3 clicks maximum. Images are compressed and loaded when useful to target fast mobile display, which must be measured on the live site.

The reservation button remains visible in sticky on mobile to maximize conversions from any page.
