Azarkan Santé is a podiatry and cupping therapy (hijama) practice in Molenbeek. The challenge: create a modern site for an alternative health sector, which inspires confidence and professionalism.

The problem

Trust had to come before the meeting

A patient looking for a podiatrist compares practitioners without always understanding the care or knowing what evidence to trust.

Directories did not explain the practice properly

The practitioner’s qualifications, fees and approach were scattered across incomplete profiles, leaving patients without the full picture.

Solution built for Azarkan Santé: the new digital workflow in use.

The site presents qualifications, reviews, treatments and fees in clear language.

The patient chooses how to move forward

He can request an appointment with his reason or call the office directly without looking for the contact details.

Sector research

Study of health and wellness sites that work. Identification of essential elements of trust: diplomas, certifications, patient reviews. The review retained three useful trust elements: clear treatment information, practical contact details and a professional photo of the practitioner.

These three elements have been integrated from the home page.

Design and animations

Creating a clean design with subtle animations that bring the content. Soothing colour palette, modern typography, professional images. The colour palette was chosen carefully: green associated with white evokes nature and purity, essential values in the health sector.

Each animation reinforces the message of care and delicacy without ever distracting.

From site to appointment

A short patient journey: discovery of care → confidence (opinions, diplomas) → make an appointment. Simple form and visible contact number. The appointment form automatically adapts to the treatment selected: duration, necessary preparation and price are displayed before confirmation.

An automatic SMS reminder is sent 24 hours before appointment to reduce no-shows.
